RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.

SWIMWEAR

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must have the liner tag attached and no signs of wear.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at dannylee@dilfies.net with your order number and reason for return. We will get you started with an exchange, store credit, or refund- your call

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless items arrived incorrect on our end. In that case, we will cover it.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 businesses days to your original payment method. Store credit is issued instantly.

SALE ITEMS

Items marked as final sell are not eligible for return or exchange.
